Before you get in touch, you should know what you're getting into. Here are the questions I'm asked most often in a first call, with concrete figures instead of empty promises.
Basics
What is this site?
This is the independent partner site of Daniel Nebel, an independent PM-International distributor from Styria, Austria. "Branch" is a metaphor: as a self-employed person you build your own small business, without a shop, without a company setup and with ready-made infrastructure. This is not an official PM-International website.
Which company do I work with?
With PM-International, a direct-selling company for supplements, health and fitness products. It was founded in 1993 by Rolf Sorg, is headquartered in Schengen (Luxembourg) and has its European centre in Speyer (Germany). According to Direct Selling News, PM-International generated over USD 4 billion in retail sales in 2025.
Is this network marketing?
Yes. It's direct selling with a network component, also called network marketing. You earn from product sales to your own customers and, if you want, from the sales of a team you build and support. We say this openly because you should know before you start.
Is it a pyramid scheme?
No. In a pyramid scheme, money is paid mainly for recruiting new participants, without a real product behind it. Such schemes are illegal. At PM-International, compensation comes exclusively from real product sales. There is no money for recruiting alone. Without customers using products, there is no income.
What does a branch leader actually do?
You advise people on health and fitness, look after your customers and answer their questions. Orders are placed directly in the official online shop; production, shipping and payment collection are handled by PM-International. If you want, you show others the opportunity and support them as they start. That part is optional.
Costs & earnings
What does it cost to start?
Example Austria, as of October 2026: starting as a team partner costs €104.65 in the first month, then €84.75 per month for a product set you use yourself. Alternatively there is a manager fast start for €307.85. There's no shop rent, no stock and no company formation costs. Prices differ by country. We go through terms and details transparently before you start.
How do I earn money?
According to PM-International's official compensation plan: on sales to your own customers you receive a retail profit of 20 to 40 percent. On top of that come team bonuses on the product sales of a team you build. The basis is always real product sales, never fees for new partners.
How much can I earn?
Nobody can promise you a fixed income in direct selling, and neither can we. As in any direct-selling business, many partners earn a modest extra income on the side. Higher incomes usually take years of consistent work. In our call we'll show you realistic scenarios for your time and situation.
Do I have to buy stock?
No. Your customers order directly in the official online shop and PM-International delivers to their home. You don't need storage, don't pre-finance goods and don't handle shipping or invoices.
Time & everyday life
How much time do I need?
Many start with 5 to 10 hours a week alongside their job. Those who want to grow faster invest 10 to 20 hours or more. Consistency matters more than volume. You set the pace.
Does it work alongside a job, family or caregiving?
Yes, that's exactly what the model is made for. You work from home or on the go from your phone, whenever it fits your day. Several branch leaders in our stories started with children, a family member needing care or a full-time job.
Do I need to be good at selling?
No. You don't need a salesperson personality. Reliability, genuine interest in people and willingness to learn matter more. Conversation skills, product knowledge and digital tools are taught in the trainings.
Do I have to approach friends and family?
No, you don't have to approach anyone you're not comfortable with. Many start with people who are already interested in health and fitness, or work through social media and online meetings. No pressure, your way.
Can I work online and from other countries?
Yes. PM-International operates internationally, and Daniel's team is spread across Europe, America, Asia and Africa. Advice, trainings and team meetings happen in person and online, for example via Zoom or WhatsApp.
Legal
Am I employed or self-employed?
You work as an independent, self-employed distributor, not as an employee. There is no boss above you and no employment relationship with PM-International.
Do I need to register a business?
That depends on your country. In Austria and Germany you register a trade; other countries have their own rules. We'll show you the concrete steps; for tax questions a tax advisor is the right person to ask.
Can I stop again?
Yes. You're self-employed and decide yourself how long you stay. We openly go through the terms of your product order before you start, so there are no surprises.

How does getting started work?
You send a no-obligation enquiry. Daniel gets back to you within 2 business days for a call of about 20 minutes by phone or WhatsApp. If it's a fit for both of you, registration, onboarding and a concrete plan for your first weeks follow.
What support do I get?
Personal support from Daniel, team trainings in person and online, regular business academies and trainings from PM-International. You don't start alone.
What happens to my data?
We use your name, phone/WhatsApp, email and region only for your enquiry and the personal reply. There's no forced newsletter. Details are in the privacy policy.
